No. Each plan is one price for the whole school. Your number of pupils only decides which plan fits. We count at week three of the term and allow 10% headroom, and a school that grows past its plan moves up at the next renewal, never in the middle of a term.
Yes. Termly follows the three-term calendar with a 10% discount off standard monthly billing. Paying for the academic year at once gives an 18% discount. Monthly spreads the cost over twelve smaller payments for schools that prefer monthly cash flow.
Every plan starts with a 30-day free trial with your own data. Our first 20 Founding Schools also get 25% off their first year.
No. Fees paid online by Mobile Money or card settle straight into the school's own account. The payment provider's standard charge applies; NexusMon adds nothing on top.
Each plan includes SMS every term for alerts and announcements. If you use them up, extra SMS cost GH₵60 per 1,000. Messages inside the app and push notifications to the parent app are always free.
Yes. Every plan includes Excel bulk import. From Standard up, our team cleans and imports your pupil and guardian lists for you; on Starter it is available for GH₵500.
